FAQ:

What's the difference between watercolour paper prints and regular prints?
Watercolour paper is the premium paper I offer, they have texture and are also thicker. Regular prints are more lightweight, they are perfect for directly putting up on the wall as they are less likely to fall off from weight.

Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can email me to request for a refund. Refunds will not be available if the order has already been shipped.

My items arrived damaged/there was a mistake with my order, can I get a replacement/refund?
Of course. Just send me an email with photos of the contents and I would be happy to send a replacement/refund.

I saw ____ on your convention catalogue, but I don't see it listed in your store. Do you still sell it?
There is a chance I still have the item, please contact me about availability. If I still have it, I can make a custom listing for you.

Do you sell your original watercolours?
Yes, feel free to email about which piece you have your eyes on. However there might be a few pieces that I'm not ready to part with yet, sorry in advance!
